Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the resource availability and allocation on projects
- Proactive communication with respective project and resource managers about the changes and issues in the allocation process
- Administrative support to the members of PMO team
- Various reporting, using different tools
- Responsibility for smaller internal projects, project analyses and process improvements
Expected skills and experience:
- MS Excel & PowerPoint – advanced, SQL – basic
- MS Access, MS Project & Power BI are welcomed but not required
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail are required
- Research, requirements gathering and data analysis are essential

Salary: 1200 – 1500 eur +
