Investigate new services in an area of card issuing and cards transaction processing
Rate: 250-300+€/MD
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MasterCard and VISA clearing processing
- Knowledge of POS/ATM payment transaction processing advantage
- Knowledge of card issuing and transaction processing advantage
- SQL knowledge is advantage
- Programing languages (PL/SQL, COBOL, Python) and Unix/Linux shell scripting is advantage
Responsibilities:
- Prepare functional specifications required by development and customers
- Check consistency of developed programs with defined functional specifications
- Analyse project related issues for concerned services, define requirements for project improvement
- Consider scheme mandates and prepare documentation for changes have to be implemented within internal systems
