    The LeasePlan IT team in Slovakia is looking for a multi-faceted Senior IT specialist reporting directly to the LeasePlan Slovakia IT Director. You will be part of a small IT team of 4 people, supporting LeasePlan Slovakia and collaborating actively with LeasePlan Corporate IT teams.

    You will contribute to the support of approximately 100 users and multiple business applications in LeasePlan Slovakia in the context of a big integration project of the company to a wider corporate environment. Your mission has 2 aspects:

    1) IT support: support users, infrastructure and applications, approximately 50% of your time.
    2) Project & process management / Business analyst: lead small projects mainly related to the integration of new features, new applications or new processes, and act as a business analyst for these projects, in a context of integration to the target corporate environment. Approximately 50% of your time.

    Requirements for IT support part (approximately 50% of the time):
    – Min. 3 years’ experience in supporting IT infrastructure, including hands-on troubleshooting, roll-out of new services and decommissioning of deprecated services.
    – Experience with Windows infrastructure management, preferably in virtualized and/or Azure environment (active directory, windows server management, network etc.).
    – Good understanding and hands on experience with Office365 ecosystem.
    – Experience in setting up and troubleshooting local infrastructure (Windows workstations, printers, Wi-Fi etc.).
    – Some experience in supporting corporate applications, both user facing and IT team facing.
    – Capacity to propose pro-active maintenance plans for infrastructure and applications.
    – Experience handling requests through service desk tool(s). Jira and Confluence are preferred.
    – Knowledge of MS SQL is an advantage.

    Requirements for project and process management, business analyst (approximately 50% of the time):
    – Min 3 years’ experience in integrating and supporting applications, acting as a “technical owner” of the applications (i.e. plan and coordinate releases, configure, work closely with users, IT teams, vendors, suppliers etc.)
    – Experience with handling change management process, including leading discussions with users and other stakeholders.
    – Experience in leading and planning small local IT projects and/or being responsible for the local aspects of a bigger corporate project.
    – Capacity to collect and share important information through the creation of structured and useful documentation related to applications and processes.
    – Some knowledge of project and product management methodologies (such as Prince2, PMI PMBOK, Agile Scrum or any other) is an advantage.
    – Some knowledge of BPMN, UML, flowchart or any other business process modeling standard or tool is an advantage.
