Basic information
Position: Scrum Master
Contract Type: Full-Time Employee or Contractor
Location: Vienna (2-3 Days/Week On-Site) / 1 hour drive from Bratislava to Office
Salary: Annual Gross Salary of minimum EUR 48k plus a variable bonus. 14 salaries. 13th and 14th paid in June and November.
Language: English

Your mission:
- Be responsible for coaching up to two teams and helping them to improve and regularly adapt their processes
- Productively and effectively organize meetings & workshops (e.g. sprint planning, retrospectives and additional agile ceremonies)
- Support teams methodically to increase their autonomy
You should have:
- A minimum of 3 years full-time work experience in an agile environment
- Attained at least 1 year full-time experience as a Scrum Master (Agile Coach)
Nice to have:
- Experience with various methodologies such as Lean UX, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban
