We are looking for Product Delivery Manager with strong background in e-business, online channels and consumer lending products.
Our client is pioneer in the field of financial technology and mobile consumer lending.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, analyzing and simplifying the requirements collected from various stakeholders
- Support product owners with shaping their demand into IT language
- Performing High Level Estimation and Impact Analysis with technical leaders from IT departments
- Manage dedicated product Change Request queue
- Manage scope, schedule and costs
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Report regularly status of the agreed changes
- Report and escalate to management as needed
Expected skills and experience:
- Min 3 years’ experience in Business and/or IT management role, preferably in banking, payment service provider and/or Fintech sector
- Understanding of IT development lifecycle and Scrum methodology
- Experience with Visio. Basic experience with Enterprise Architect, BPMN and UML tools welcome
- English command both written and verbal is a must
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
