We are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader who is prepared to take an opportunity to lead an assigned division during the inspiring period of digital transformation and implementation of a new IT strategy.
The role is reporting directly to the CIO and is steering approximately 170 people divided in 4 departments.
We need a proactive leader, who will be able to lead a team of IT experts, will be a good partner for business units of the bank and will aim to co-create new business opportunities and set up an effective fulfillment of agreed level of service.
Responsibilities
- Participation in defining IT objectives and tactics.
- Main responsibility for application architecture, fulfillment of defined architectural standards.
- The main responsibility for the efficiency of the overall development process, namely the design, development and testing in conjunction with the required standards.
- Responsibility for the maintenance of delivered software solutions and effective functioning of the 3rd level of an application support.
- Responsibility for the overall resource management and personal management of the SW solution design and implementation division containing internal and external delivery options and parts.
Requirements:
- Strong technological vision and knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in a dynamic digital world.
- Experiences in SW design, development, testing and maintenance.
- Knowledge of concepts and methodologies of the IT architecture.
- Knowledge of business analyzes, business process modeling.
- Experiences in program and project management
- Good knowledge of vendor management, including negotiation experiences and service level management.
- Good knowledge in application maintenance, application support and configuration.
- Knowledge of software used in the banking sector (is an advantage), including package solutions, development platforms, frameworks and tools used in application design, development, testing and maintenance.
- Good understanding of IT security, technologies and tools to protect confidential data, integrity and access to electronic information.
