    Job description, responsibilities and duties:
    We are seeking another member to our local software engineering team, which is supporting customers (internal and external) in multinational environment, participating in delivering solutions for users in the offices worldwide.

    Your responsibilities:
    • Ensuring the operation of the application, including as application owner
    • Central contact person for the users in all questions concerning the application (user helpdesk, training and support), execution of IT implementation and customization projects, problem management in the ongoing operation of the application
    • KPI monitoring – regular measurement and reporting of key operational metrics to business owner and management
    • Change request management: recording and supporting the definition of user requirements from the business units
    • Version/release planning together with the supplier/manufacturer of the software to implement the change requests

    Personality requirements and skills:
    • Completed vocational training or studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
    • Good knowledge of application management (application lifecycle, ongoing operations, ticket management)
    • Initial experience in project management
    • High degree of self-organization and responsibility
    • Good written and spoken German
    • Very good troubleshooting and problem solving skills

    Nice to have:
    • Helpdesk experience and experience in dealing with IT ticket systems
    • Good written and spoken English

    Language skills:
    German – Upper intermediate (B2)
