You will be:
– Responsible for completing assigned software engineering project, including meeting project milestones and deliverables
– Writing code with one or more programming languages (e.g., Perl, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS).
– Function as a core member of a team working on specs, conducting code reviews, and/or doing proof of concepts.
– Design and develop new customer-facing applications for web, build social integration, and work with APIs
– Working on the scalability, resilience, and efficiency of the new and existing software components.
You have to be:
– A visionary engineer or technologist with a passion for learning new technologies, programming wizardry, and translating them into working software.
– Experienced in programming in Shell, Perl, Phyton, C/C++, or Java.
– Knowledgeable of system administration within Linux; e-commerce active site build, design and failure point analysis
– Knowledgeable of project designs and experience with systems design/architecture
– Passionate about user experience
– An awesome programmer with high levels of creativity and quick solving capabilities.
You need:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
– Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems, in particular LAMP-based web servers
– Knowledge of Linux application packaging and deployment strategies
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Competent in database management.
